We either own or have equitable interest in all of the properties we have listed. If you find one of our properties, you would like to purchase just let us know and we will prepare the contract and send it to you for an e-signature. Sorry we do not owner finance any of our properties. You will either need to pay cash or secure financing from a bank or mortgage company.

The contract will then be emailed to the title company. You will need to put up 1% ($500 minimum) in earnest money with the title company. All funds are handled by the title company. They will start the process of doing the title work and preparing the paperwork for closing.

Closing day! After the title company has checked all of the old deeds to make sure the chain of title is clear and after they have prepared all of the necessary paperwork, we will be ready to close. The process usually takes around 4 to 6 weeks.
